Post Holiday letdown

Surprise, surprise, but life took my by the horns instead of the other way around. Maybe one day I'll be able to turn the tables. Anyhow, ...

We made it through the major part of the holidays. A very good time was had by all. There was the Box(ing) Day party, Grandma's Birthday party, and Christmas eve. Next is New Year's Eve and then celebrate Christmas on New Year's Day with my side of the Tulsa family. This will be followed by Addy flying to Houston for the day to get her passport and student visa and then flying to Madrid on Saturday the 5th. Talk about a whirlwind month, make that a tornado of a few weeks.

It's been interesting trying to decide what to write about for new entries. Most of the topics seem too trite to put out on the net for general consumption. I'm not that much of an exhibitionist. I'm sure there will be more to come with Addy being in Spain.
