Crab Tartlets (Sandra Lee's Almost Homemade)
Two cans crab meat
Small onion
Garlic
Olive Oil
Eggs
Parsley
Parmesan Cheese
Milk
Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil
Beat the eggs lightly
Add cheese, milk and crab
Add onion mixture
Pour into pie crust lined muffin tins
Bake at 375 for 20 - 30 minutes
Lobster Bisque
2 Cans of cream of mushroom
2 Cans of cream of celery
2 1/2 cups Heavy cream
2 cups Milk
2 lbs Lobster tail
1/2 cup sherry
Remove lobster from shell and dice
Heat soup and dairy over medium heat
Add lobster and bring to almost boil
Add sherry
Serve
